Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Last Days of the Automobile, but should you have a problem please read this Returns Policy.
Non-faulty products
Because we are a small company and every product is printed to order, we cannot issue refunds for non-faulty products. However, we are happy to issue a credit coupon for you to exchange for a new item, including postage and valid for one month.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items to us.
If you want to return a non-faulty item, please email us on info@lastdaysoftheautomobile.com and we will come back to you as soon as possible with the return address. Please send the unwanted item(s) in appropriate packaging. Please keep any proof of postage or tracking number as Last Days of the Automobile Ltd is not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Also, because of the costs of prints, you should consider using a trackable and insured service.
Items need to be returned within 14 days (21 days for international orders).
All returned items must be undamaged and in same condition as when you received them.
IMPORTANT: do not return the item to any address printed on the packaging in which it was sent. Only send to the address we give you.
Upon receipt of a returned item Last Days of the Automobile Ltd will issue a credit coupon via email.
Faulty products
If you have a received an item that is faulty, we will try and resolve this issue as soon as possible, usually by sending out a replacement.
On receiving a faulty item please email info@lastdaysoftheautomobile.com with the subject line FAULTY ITEM and include a clear picture of the fault. We will respond as soon as possible.
