We are a small company and all of our shipping is handled by a third party suppliers. We have tried to offer the best rates possible.
Please Note, due to increased costs of print and shipping we can no longer ship Studio Prints to Canada, Australia and Rest of World – Limited Edition Prints and Tees are unaffected.
Orders to Canada may take a little longer than quoted times.
For mixed orders of clothing, Studio Prints and Limited Edition Prints, delivery will be charged for each as they will be shipped separately.
Please note: EU clothing customers may now be liable to pay Import VAT on orders (including shipping costs) over €22, plus Duties on orders over €150. These will typically be collected by your courier/postal service. Charges may vary depending on your EU country. For EU print customers, we use a print supplier who print and ship from Germany which will save Import VAT.
Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country’s government. The recipient is responsible for paying customs fees and import taxes. Please check on the internet for potential fees from your country of residence.
We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged parcels in transit by Royal Mail or shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line LOST ITEM within 30 days from dispatch. If we are notified after 30 days from dispatch we may not be able to help.
All print orders and courier shipping can be tracked.
Occasionally orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at a post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email email@example.com with the subject line LOST ITEM to arrange redelivery. The customer may also be asked to pay for any redelivery cost.
