We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Last Days of the Automobile, but should you have a problem please read this Returns Policy.
Because we are a small company and every product is printed to order, we cannot issue refunds for non-faulty products. However, we are happy to issue a credit coupon for you to exchange for a new item, including postage and valid for one month.
It is important to read the sizing charts before buying to make sure you are happy with the size you’re ordering. We’ve made every effort to give you the most helpful sizing advice.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items to us. Please send the unwanted item(s) in appropriate packaging. Please keep any proof of postage or tracking number as Last Days of the Automobile Ltd is not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit. If you are posting items with a value of more than £50, you should consider using a trackable and insured service.
Items need to be returned within 14 days (21 days for international orders).
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received them. They must be free of any stains – makeup, deodorant and spills.

IMPORTANT: do not return the item to any address printed on the packaging in which it was sent. Only send to the address above.
Upon receipt of a returned item Last Days of the Automobile Ltd will issue a credit coupon via email.
If you have a received an item that is faulty, we will try and resolve this issue as soon as possible, usually by sending out a replacement.
On receiving a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line FAULTY ITEM and include a clear picture of the fault. We will respond as soon as possible.
